Yes. In Korea, a single use of MDMA, ketamine, methamphetamine, or cannabis is a criminal offense. There is no personal-use exception. First-time users have more room for mitigation — and in some cases treatment-based outcomes — but the case will not simply be dismissed because it happened once.
