Customs found a package in my name, but I didn't order it. What now?

Do not ignore the notice, and do not try to collect or redirect the package. Investigators will look at who ordered it, how it was paid for, your messages, and whether you have received similar parcels before. If someone else used your name or address, that evidence must be preserved and presented early. A clear, consistent account given with counsel is far more credible than an improvised denial.
