Being present is not itself a crime. However, you may be called as a witness or asked to take a drug test, and your phone may be examined if messages connect you to the gathering. If you provided the venue, helped arrange the drugs, or collected money, your exposure is much greater. Answer questions carefully, and consider getting advice before giving a statement.
