Mega-X Law Office announced that it signed a business partnership agreement with GMDsoft Co., Ltd. on the 12th to jointly respond to digital forensic matters.

The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both organizations, including Chon Hyeong Hwan, Managing Partner at Mega-X Law Office, Kim Yong-boo, Executive Director at GMDsoft Co., Ltd., and Jung Jong-woong, Team Leader at GMDsoft.

The agreement was established to provide clients with more professional and efficient legal services in line with recent trends in legal cases where digital evidence has become increasingly important. Under the agreement, Mega-X Law Office will be responsible for legal review and consultation related to cases, while GMDsoft will handle digital forensic work and technical consultation.

The two organizations plan to cooperate closely throughout the entire process, from the collection of electronic evidence to its recovery and analysis. They also plan to establish a practical cooperation system in areas such as preparing materials for submission to investigative agencies and courts, thereby further strengthening their ability to respond to cases.

A representative of Mega-X Law Office said, “Through this MOU, we expect to combine the expertise of both organizations and provide even more reliable legal services in cases requiring digital forensics.”
